Delivery & Returns
We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce or couriers for larger, heavier items. Below will give you an idea of delivery costs. These costs are per order for UK only.
Standard delivery = £5.95
Includes UK mainland & Northern Ireland. Delivery time up to 5 working days via Royal Mail or MyHermes. Most of our products come under this category.
Larger Parcels = £9.00
UK mainland only. Delivery via Parcelforce 48 hours tracked & signed for or MyHermes. This is for very heavy or fragile items in the shop such as some of the enamel signs, clocks and some of the lights.
Oversized items (UK only) and international orders, please call or email for a quote for delivery.
Recycling is a priority for us so we try to re-use packaging where possible or use eco-friendly packaging.
If you are unhappy with your purchase because it arrives damaged or broken, you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received the item, unused, and we will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item or an exchange, this does not include return postage.
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently and quickly:
• Provide reason for the return and your original order number and any other details you may wish to include
• If the reason for the return is due to a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault as best you can
• Package the item securely using the original packaging the item came in where possible

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return. This may take up to 2 weeks although we will make every effort to inform you as fast as we can.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, please keep the receipt for your own files as we may ask for a copy or obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) when returning goods as we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the original goods back. We do not offer a free returns service.
We cannot accept returns of bespoke products that have been made to order.
